Basically, there is no need to be worried when filling in the form. Some of you may not sure what to write in:

• Section 1- Full contact or residential address in New Zealand, write in the name of the backpacker. If you are not sure, leave it blank.
  Section 2a – Leave it blank if you are not from New Zealand.
  Section 2b – How long you intend to stay in New Zealand – Fill in the maximum validity of your e-visa.
• Section 5 and 6 – If you are not sure, declare the things you carry
